From garden to plate...
This year we want to change the focus and talk about how to enjoy the produce we grow. So we've invited our friends from Full- on -Flavour, Ali and Mel (see below), to come and prepare a feast from our garden. Not only will they give you a hands-on cookery demonstration, but they'll also tell you how to make the most of your harvest:
- How to store and use a surplus of specific ingredients,
- How to plan al seasonal season
- plus lots of handy vegetarian cooking tips.

We'll still be covering how to grow your own organic fruit and veg, as well as important ways to improve the soil using your own compost and using mulches.
Here's what some past participants has to say...
What a great idea and so well executed: the how to of creating an edible organic garden. I loved having the information woven into the experience, seeing the different soils and composts and watching a raised bed being created. It was really useful.
Eating home-cooked food using organic produce from the garden was a delicious added bonus!
